Terms of use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between PE UBON THAI, VRISK d.o.o. (hereinafter: the provider) and visitors and customers of the website ubonthai.si (hereinafter: the website). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The provider uses the website to provide information about massage and therapy services, pricing, opening hours and contact details. Appointments may be booked by phone or via the contact form on the website.

The provider reserves the right to change services, prices and appointment availability without prior notice.

3. User responsibilities

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with applicable law and good business practice. In particular, the user must not:

• provide false or misleading information when making a booking;
• reproduce, distribute or publicly publish the website or its content without written consent;
• attempt in any way to compromise the security or operation of the website;
• send unsolicited commercial communications via contact forms.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the website, including texts, photographs, logos and graphic elements, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and are owned by the provider or its licensors. Any reproduction or use of these elements without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Bookings and cancellations

A booking is valid upon confirmation by the provider. The provider reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason.

In the event of cancellation by the client, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior cancellation will be charged at 50% of the service fee.

6. Limitation of liability

The provider strives to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the content. The provider is not liable for any damage arising from errors, interruptions or unavailability of the website.

Therapeutic massage services are not a substitute for medical treatment. The client is responsible for informing the provider before the service of any health conditions or contraindications.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and the relationship between the provider and the client are governed by Slovenian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; otherwise the competent court is in Ljubljana.

Consumers may also resolve disputes through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or through the European Consumer Centre Slovenia.

8. Changes to the terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
