Back, neck and shoulder massage
Back massage is a focused massage that releases muscle knots and tension in the back, neck and shoulders. It is most often chosen by people who sit a lot at a computer or in a car. At our salon in Šiška it lasts 30 or 50 minutes.

Why the back
Sitting, a phone in your hand and stress show up first in the upper body: the shoulders rise, the neck stiffens, and sore spots build up between the shoulder blades. A back massage focuses on this area alone, so in a shorter time it does more than a full-body massage of the same length.
How it works
The massage focuses only on the back, neck and shoulders, releasing the muscle knots that build up there. We adjust the intensity to how it feels to you, so tell the therapist if you want it gentler or firmer.
30 or 50 minutes?
The back massage lasts 30 or 50 minutes. The longer one means more time for the tightest spots.
With back pain
Massage can ease pain caused by muscle tension and sitting. It is not a substitute for medical care, though: with an acute injury or chronic pain, see a doctor first.
If the tension is spread across the whole body, traditional Thai massage, which also includes stretching, is the better choice.
When back massage is not suitable
We advise against it with fever and acute infections, fresh injuries and fractures, thrombosis, severe osteoporosis and right after surgery. For pregnant women we offer an adapted prenatal massage.
